Boasting over 18 years of experience in the domain, his skillset spans Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Field Work Planning in pipeline and industrial construction projects. Basel's wealth of experience encompasses pipelines, refineries, fabrication shops, and module yards. He's adept at reviewing and assessing project programs, evaluating compliance gaps, and planning for steep slopes work in pipelines. His roles have seen him supervise teams, manage subcontractors, and execute extensive reporting and documentation.
Basel has been instrumental in driving success on major projects, notably with TC Energy – Coastal Gas Link (CGL) in Canada, where he played a pivotal role as a Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety Manager. He's also added value to the Enbridge MP Mainline projects, and showcased his acumen at Somerville Aecon pipeline in Edmonton.
